Try to understand that it is temporary condition and you may feel better after the first trimester. | |
Start by going to sleep earlier than usual. Try to sleep at least 7 hours a night. | |
Try to work less hours than you used to or take work home over the weekend so you can cut out early once in a while. | |
Listen to your body, rest as much as you can and retain your energy. | |
Get some help with the house work. | |
Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours. | |
Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. |
