A Merry Go Round Centerpiece with birds
A Christmas Decoration

This is a lovely merry go round centerpiece decorated with glass Christmas birds, suitable for Christmas, baby shower or even for children birthdays.Three birds, embellished with bells and the other two are carrying a gift on their beak. Each bird is standing behind a gift box decorated with little gifts. This is just a suggestion and of course the birds can be replaced by any other ornaments of your choice to suit the occasion.

We have chosen red, blue, gold and silver; however, any other combination of colors can be just as beautiful.

The piece is relatively simple to make with the exception of the top which is little more complex but should not present a problem for anyone who has experience with DIY projects or crafts.

The materials used: 5 glass birds, 5 ready made gift boxes, 2 smaller boxes, house candy box, a circle of plywood, a circle of foam, a metallic gold wavy/corrugated paper, a tall glass, dark red Canson paper, red and silver glitter decorative paper, beads, a doll house candy box, Fimo, small bells, artificial fruits with leaves and a red silk ribbon.

A Merry Go Round/Carousel with Deer - A Christmas Decoration

This is a lovely merry go round centerpiece decorated with vintage deer, suitable for Christmas, baby shower or even for children birthdays. Each deer, embellished with a saddle, bells and beads is carrying a gift on his back. The deer can be replaced by any other ornaments of your choice to suit the occasion.

We have chosen red, green, gold and silver, the traditional Christmas colors; however, any other combination of colors can be just as beautiful.

The piece is relatively simple to make with the exception of the top which is little more complex but should not present a problem for anyone who has experience with DIY projects or crafts.

The materials used: 5 vintage, plastic silver deer, a circle of plywood, a circle of foam, a metallic gold wavy/corrugated paper, a tall glass, gold and green Canson paper, red and green glitter decorative paper, beads, Fimo, small bells, tiny branches of Myrtus plant and a red silk ribbon.
