The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in cooperation with Lan Enterprises, LLC, of Hillsboro, Ore. announced a voluntary recall of about 2300 strollers.The opening between the armrest bar/snack tray and seat bottom of the stroller can allow an infant’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, posing a strangulation hazard to young children when a child is not harnessed.

This recall involves Zooper strollers sold with an optional use snack tray and armrest bar. The four models of strollers included in this recall were manufactured between February 2009 and June 2010.
